As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, my journey is rooted in a deep understanding of human anatomy, movement, and wellness.
My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, along with extensive training in yoga, Pilates, and fitness instruction. My passion for this field began in my mid-20s when I experienced chronic low back pain that disrupted my life.
