Carissa is so observant and knows exactly through touch and looking at my posture what needs to be worked on and fixed. I have been going to her for almost a year and would not recommend anyone else. I suffer from arthritis and pain and since going to her I have not experienced any back pain.

I’ve had 2 sessions with Carissa so far and have felt better than I ever have post treatment. She focuses on the root of the problem and works towards eliminating rather than masking. I have trusted Carissa as my massage therapist and bodyworker for many years. I first visited her to manage general aches and pains from my high school cross country and track seasons and I now see her to manage life and exercise stress. She inspired me with her deep knowledge and ability to feel exactly where the problem was, sending me off on my own self-healing journey. Last summer, I had a nasty bike crash that resulted in a minor concussion and whiplash; Carissa worked her magic with Craniosacral Therapy techniques and my symptoms cleared and never returned!
